Synergy SAR is a Houston-based family office managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. As their footprint grew, so did the need for visual collateral that matched the caliber of their investments -- not stock imagery, not quick phone shots, but professional architectural photography worthy of boardroom presentations and large-format wall prints.

The production was built around efficiency without compromise. We mapped all 10 properties in advance, scheduling each location around optimal natural light while minimizing downtime between sites. Every shot was composed with dual purpose in mind: print-ready resolution at large scale, and presentation-quality imagery for executive decks and lobby slideshows.
The creative direction stayed consistent across all 10 locations -- clean angles, precise lighting, and a visual language that communicated quality and scale without feeling cold or corporate.
Synergy SAR walked away with 100 final assets spanning their entire commercial portfolio. The imagery now lives in their corporate offices as large-scale prints and anchors their executive presentation materials -- a visual statement to partners, investors, and tenants about how seriously they take their portfolio.
